Food itineraries
One of the main dishes and delicacies is scampi fished in these waters. Make sure you taste the crab stock with the famous herbs from Losinj, hake and sardines and aromatic herbs of the island and cabbage, squid stock from Lusinj broth with cornmeal mush and wild asparagus. Even the lamb meat and desserts are a must try: panna cotta with sage honey and chocolate cake with figs.
